Once we defined the project’s design elements, we created the design system: the set of reusable components that could be assembled together like puzzle pieces to build new, consistent looking pages within the same style.

The app’s previous version didn’t have an onboarding sequence: we created these screens with a simple app walkthrough and nice illustrations as a warm welcome to its new users.

In the main screen the user has two options: Send order and Receive order. For greater convenience, users can filter all orders by Active, History and Drafts.

Users can order services from a range of categories while taking advantage of a simple and straightforward purchasing flow.

A key feature of the app is real time tracking and communication for all active orders.

We also designed the app’s transporter version, which is similar to the customer version but has an added functionality: the main screen shows the transporter’s route, which they can optimize at any point of the day.

Lastly, the partner’s app: where services can manage their inventory, orders and business information in an easy, accessible way.
