Job description

We are looking for a qualified UX/UI designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for the entire design process — from inspiration and research to creating wireframes, building prototypes, communicating a vision and last but definitely not least, bringing to life products and services through the Web Apps that display them.

Researching, conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality work

Translating product specifications and complex design problems into practical design solutions

Creating wireframes and task flows based on user needs and best practices

Proficient understanding of cross-browser, cross-device compatibility issues and best practices (usability, navigation, interaction design, UI design, web technologies, prototyping)

Collaborating with developers to provide assets and style guides for development and QA

Resource management and meticulous attention to detail in design

Hands-on experience with Figma

Native Portuguese speaker, as our internal communication is exclusively in Portuguese

Spoken and written English skills at an intermediate level or higher

What would be nice to have [technical skills]

You have experience designing illustrations

You have experience with video edition and/or motion graphics

You have experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools

You have superior working understanding of UI technologies

Compensation

1600€ – 2000€ gross monthly salary (22400€ – 28000€ annually)

10.20€/day meal allowance card (2304€ annually, based on an average of 20 working days per month)

Annual team bonus based on company performance
